As you are aware, the HOA is currently accepting voluntary contributions to provide operating revenues. As you can see from the chart below, other expenses are also included in our budget, but security and landscaping/mowing obligate the lion’s share of our operating revenues.
To date, we have received dues from approximately 215 of our residents. To those who have paid it forward, we want to say thank you! Your contribution of $150.00 works out to $12.50/
month and it is deeply appreciated. If you have not contributed, please consider doing so.
Our voluntary participation rate is about 51%. If we are going to cover 23-24 expenses at 22-23 spend levels, we need approximately 310 homes to contribute. In other words, an additional 95 homes would keep us from dipping into reserves.
